Thank you for your interest in FITKIDS/TEENS.

Your child will learn the basics of body control and safe exercises, and they will be excited about fitness. Our KIDS/TEENS program is perfect for everyone, regardless of ability level or athletic experience.

In each workout, your kid/teen will learn and practice functional movements involving exercises fundamental to all kids' needs when playing. They will pull, push, run, throw, climb, lift, and jump. Our classes prepare athletes to get the most out of their bodies by increasing strength, endurance, and flexibility, leading to increased productivity and decreased injury.

FIT KIDS/TEENS is also an ideal supplement for those who already play sports!
